JCommSerial API provides applications with an easy to use interface to RS232 serial hardware on Windows 7, Vista, XP, Server 2003, Server 2008 and Windows 2K.  Features include;
  • Configure baudrate, databits, stopbits and parity.
  • Flexible flow control using XON/XOF, CTS/RTS, DTR/DSR.
  • Notify of serial events such as change in CTS or RI.
  • Data transfer through standard Java InputStream and OutputStream classes.
